Multi-Exhibitor Pavilions

Perfect when you want to host your own convention

A pavilion is a large exhibit space with lots of exhibitors under the same “roof.” Usually, an association purchases the space and in turn divides up the space to sell turnkey exhibit packages to individual exhibiting firms. You will see this most often with association, country or state pavilions.

EP&M has great modular exhibit properties, as shown in the NY Loves Bio Pavilion, which can be rented and configured to meet any floor plan. Typically, a pavilion has high-level branding for the group or association, as well as enough graphic space for each exhibitor to communicate their message.

The NY Loves Bio Pavilion in San Diego

Featuring more than 20 participating companies and universities, the NY Loves Bio pavilion was designed and project managed by EP&M. The large exhibit space included a stage with speakers and a large overhead screen for scheduled presentations and speakers; a welcome desk to service all exhibitors and visitors; and an in-pavilion reception, featuring New York State craft beer, Buffalo-style wings and NY pizza.
