South
- I-87 NYS Thruway north
- Exit 23 at Albany to 787
- 787 north to I-90 west (continue below)

East
- I-90 west into Albany (Cross Hudson River and pass intersection with 787)
- Exit 6 toward Loudonville & Route 9 north
- Immediate right at exit onto Northern Blvd (Proceed down hill where Northern turns into Lawn at first light)
- At second light turn right onto North Pearl St. Proceed one block
- Left at light onto North Third St

From the North and West of Albany:

North
- I-87 Northway southbound
- Exit 24 at Albany to I-90 east (continue below)

West
- I-90 east to Arbor Hill/Loudonville Route 9 exit 6
- Exit 6 toward Loudonville & Route 9 north
- Immediate right at exit onto Northern Blvd (Proceed down hill where Northern turns into Lawn at first light)
- At second light turn right onto North Pearl St. Proceed one block
- Left at light onto North Third St

EP&M is the second building on the left, a stand-alone brick building in the middle of the block.
